It's finally Spring here in Cincinnati. The warmth of the sun and the longer days make everything easier. Maurie and I are doing very well. We are still having our little girl in July - Riley Jo Hanauer. Meanwhile, we are heading for vacation next week, Maurie's brother Ben is back from Bolivia for a bit and life is marching on. The Church is a struggle and I wish I could move on most days. Jason and I are cutting lawns again this year and I might go back to work for Cheviot FD when Riley comes. Kurt Vonnegut died earlier in the month - so it goes. James D. Craig died 8 years ago yesterday - now I only remember on that day and whenever something major is going on in my life - graduation, marriage, buying a house, having a kid - so it goes.
I didn't want this to be melancholy. Life is well.
